Zero to live in 90 days
Podcast Launch Service
Everything between the idea and the first episode anyone can hear.
Get StartedThe gap nobody prices
Starting is about thirty separate jobs.
A name. Cover art at the right dimensions. A hosting account. An RSS feed. Submission to Apple and Spotify, which are two different processes with two different waiting periods. A website. A format. Music you are allowed to use. Then, finally, an episode.
Most shows die somewhere in that list, weeks before anyone hears a word. Not because the idea was bad, but because launching is administrative and nobody enjoys it.
What launch covers
All of it, in the right order.
Brand and artwork
Name, cover art, and the visual identity that has to work at thumbnail size. Most podcast art is unreadable on a phone, which is where everybody sees it.
The technical setup
Hosting, the feed, and submission to Spotify and Apple. Handled and verified, so the show is genuinely live rather than nearly live.
Ten real episodes
Recorded in the studio and fully edited, plus the reels cut from them. You launch with a back catalogue instead of one lonely episode.
Why ten and not one
One episode is not a podcast.
A feed with a single episode gives a new listener nothing to do. Ten gives them a reason to subscribe, gives the directories something to categorise, and gives you a month of clips to promote.
It also gets the awkward part over with. Nobody is good at episode one. Recording ten means the early ones stop being the only thing anybody hears.
What it costs
$5,000 over 90 days.
Podcast Pro covers website and branding, ten fully edited episodes, and the reels cut from them. That is the whole launch, and at the end of it the show exists and belongs to you.
If you want to test the water first, a single studio session is $300. See studio rental for that, or full production if you want the ongoing version rather than the launch.
Questions we get
Straight answers.
How long until the show is actually live?
Ninety days covers it comfortably, including the directory waiting periods, which are the part nobody can speed up.
Do I own the show at the end?
Yes. The feed, the artwork, the hosting account and the episodes are yours. If you walk away from us, you take all of it with you.
What if I do not know what the show is about yet?
Then start with consulting. Working out the format before anything is built is much cheaper than rebuilding after twelve episodes.
